After (finally) getting accepted to the University of San Francisco, I accepted their offer and then declined...I know after all that huh?! Well lucky for me it turned out to be a great decision. I was present (well not literally but I saw him the day after) for the birth of my first nephew, Jack Thomas. The cutest stinken kid you will ever see. I've enjoyed getting to watch him grow his first year of life and wouldn't change that for anything. I got together with a stud of a man, Cody, who will be joining me in writing this blog. (That'll be explained later.) I have a great job at the Buzzards Bay Coalition where I have truly learned invaluable lessons. I am so fortunate to have had the opportunity to work there because it has allowed me to take time off of school, work and really think about where I see my life heading. Also, it will make me an even better grad student. Yup, I got in to grad school again! This is where the new story shall begin.
In about two months, Cody and I will be on a plane headed on an amazing adventure together. I recently applied to the University of Wroclaw in Poland and was accepted to study for my MSc in Geography and Environmental Management. Cody is applying to the Wroclaw University of Economics. Apartment hunting is in full swing and so is de-cluttering our lives!
